Booking Cancellation Procedure:

“The law stipulates that a transaction for purchasing travel services, lodging, leisure, and entertainment conducted through “remote sales” can be canceled within 14 days from the transaction date or the date of receiving the disclosure form, whichever is later, provided the cancellation date is at least 7 days (not including rest days) before the service is rendered. If the transaction is canceled “at the last minute” – less than 7 days before the service is provided – the right to cancel is as specified in the disclosure form. The cancellation notice must be in writing (it can also be sent via fax or electronic communication). The Consumer Protection Law stipulates that in any “remote sales transaction” โ€“ that is, an order made online or via telephone โ€“ the business must provide a disclosure form including the following details: the business’s name, identification number, address in Israel and abroad, the main characteristics of the goods or services, the price of the goods or services, payment terms applicable to the transaction, and the manner in which the consumer can exercise their right to cancel the transaction.” – Order confirmation.
